About
An unforgettable day at Sardar Vallabhbhai Global University as we welcomed National Award-winning filmmaker Mr. Abhishek Jain v a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Cineman Productions.
The interactive session was filled with insights, honesty, and inspiration. After watching the trailer of Maraan, students engaged in an open Q&A, where Mr. Jain shared valuable lessons from his filmmaking journey.
One message that truly resonated with everyone: "Before you decide to quit, give yourself one more genuine chance. You can't say you can't swim without stepping into the pool." 🌊
His story of overcoming self-doubt and creating Maraan, which went on to win the 72nd National Film Award for Best Gujarati Film, reminded us that perseverance and self-belief often lead to extraordinary achievements.
This MoU marks the beginning of an exciting collaboration that will bring workshops, masterclasses, and industry exposure to our students.
